International University is 20km from the central of Ho Chi Minh City . It takes about 40 minutes to commute from Ben Thanh Market to the University Village, VNU -HCMC, Thu Duc district (about 20 kilometers). To facilitate the commute of IU faculty & staff and students, IU has cooperated with HCMC Department of Transportation to provide the bus service route 52 from Ben Thanh Market to IU at an affordable fee. Students can take the buses either at Ben Thanh or Turtle Lake located at 03 Cong Truong Quoc Te (International Square).
