Foreword
University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) is a University in Norway. The University was established on 1 January 2016, when two former Buskerud and Vestfold University Colleges merged with Telemark University College. Official website of USN can be found by following the website link https://www.usn.no/english/
Since the establishment of USN, School of Electrical Engineering (SEE) has been an international partner. USN currently offers the exchange program at master degree with SEE through NORPART-PAPRONOVI (Norway-Vietnam) program under the main Erasmus Programme. At each year, students who are following the master program at SEE are allowed to apply for the program, which can be 6 to 12 months, at USN. Normally, there are two exchange time, Spring and Autumn semesters. Deadline of application is hard so you need to carefully plan your application date. The accommodation for exchange students is guaranteed as long as the students have submitted their application forms and get approval from the USN. Related information and other instructions can be read on the announcements each year. The new information for the year 2019-2020 is provided as follow https://www.usn.no/english/academics/how-to-apply/exchange-programs/nomination-of-exchange-students-article185632-28843.html
All of the courses in USN are taught in English. Therefore, the required condition for applying the program is an IELTS score of 5.5 overall (at least) or any equivalent English qualification. At the end of the program, students need to pass all the examinations of the courses which they had registered to obtain a certificate of Pass provided by USN. This certificate will be submitted by a copy to SEE when the student returns to SEE.
